Original Blooming Heart Cards

The Original Blooming Heart Cards come with a detachable Blooming Expression Adornment that can be removed and planted to grow and blossom into beautiful wildflowers - a perpetual tribute to your loved one. Each is printed with a standard verse:

"Plant this heart in your garden and wildflowers will blossom
year after year in memory of your (or our) loved one."

These cards can be personalized with a name or organization. All the adornments are crafted individually, by-hand, using 100% recycled cotton fiber, fresh flowers and 12 varieties of perennial wildflower seeds.
